Who is behind Thai Escapades?
Hi, I'm Margot, a qualified nurse, passionate traveller, and founder of Thai Escapades!
After several trips to Thailand, I completely fell in love with the Land of Smiles, its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and wonderful people. In 2024, I decided to take the plunge and make Thailand my home.
However, once I arrived, I discovered that I couldn’t practise nursing in Thailand as a foreigner. Rather than giving up on my dreams, I decided to reinvent myself and turn my passion for travel into a new professional adventure. That’s how Thai Escapades was born, a project that brings together my two passions: travel and caring for others.

Through my travels across Thailand, I became aware of the challenges that people with reduced mobility can face when planning a trip to this country. A lack of reliable information regarding accessibility, transport options that are not well-suited to their needs, language barriers : these are all obstacles that should not stand in the way of exploring the world.
I have therefore decided to dedicate Thai Escapades to creating tailor-made trips for people with reduced mobility, regardless of their nationality.
My goal ? To make sure that disability is no longer a barrier to discovering Thailand
